Unlocks such as a photo or a set are one-time digital purchases. They are delivered instantly, so they are generally final once delivered.
If you pay with Telegram Stars and we cannot deliver what you bought, the bot refunds your Stars automatically. You do not need to ask.
If you were charged twice, charged in error, or did not receive what you paid for, send /paysupport in the bot within 7 days (see Contact). The bot checks your payment record and logs a support ticket. We will check and refund any confirmed error. Stars refunds go back to your Telegram Stars balance.
The 30-day VIP is a subscription paid in Telegram Stars that Telegram renews every 30 days. You can cancel at any time in Telegram, either from the payment message in the chat or from your subscriptions under Telegram Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. VIP stays active until the end of the 30 days you already paid for. Partial periods are not refunded. One-time passes (for example 60 days) do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
