Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your messages to the characters, so the AI can reply and remember the conversation.
• Telegram account basics when you use the bot: your Telegram user ID, display name and app language, as Telegram provides them to bots.
• Visit data on our websites: the page you visited, the link or ad that brought you, the referring page, the browser and device type, and the buttons you tap. This is used in aggregate to see which pages and ads work.
• Technical data such as IP addresses, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and block abuse.
• Purchase records: what was bought, when, and whether it was delivered or refunded.

2. What we do not collect

We never see or store your card number. Telegram Stars payments are handled entirely by Telegram, and card payments by Fanvue. We do not sell your personal data.

3. How we use it

• To generate the characters' replies and deliver what you unlock.
• To keep the service working and safe, including blocking minors, abuse and fraud.
• To measure, in aggregate, which characters, pages and ads perform.

4. Who processes it

We use standard infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting and delivery, a database, and AI model providers that generate replies from your messages. They process data on our behalf to provide the service. Telegram processes your use of the bot under its own privacy policy.

5. Retention and deletion

Chat history is kept so a character remembers you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by sending /support with your request in the bot. See the Contact page.

6. Age

The service is for adults 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we block and remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.

7. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
